Our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. Enjoy a flexible 14-day or 150 miles return/reject policy from the moment your item is received. Take this time to thoroughly evaluate your purchase and decide on a return or exchange with ease, without any extensive inquiries.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

To start a return or exchange, simply notify us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receiving your item. The purchase date is considered Day 0.

Hassle-Free Buyback Requests:

For buyback requests, ensure the vehicle is at the buyer’s location with on-site payment settled. We repurchase at 100% of the original purchase price, minus documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees related to the return.

Guaranteed Protection:

Your asset is fully insured during this period, except in cases where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of an accident.

Return Conditions:

Please note that we cannot accept returns for assets that are modified, involved in accidents, damaged, or altered from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are not eligible for return.

Quick Return Processing:

Once the return criteria are met, expect a prompt refund. The refund should appear in your account within 1 – 3 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
